Lesson Purpose: During this workshop, we will discuss proven communication strategies that have been shown to help facilitate an environment of cooperation and understanding.
Training Objectives: Participants will achieve the following objectives in accordance with the subject matter received during the instructional period:
1. Proficiently demonstrate a mood-enhancing and stress-reducing breathing pattern that supports effective decision-making.
2. List three distinct behavioral cues indicative of an individual possibly experiencing a crisis.
3. Effectively demonstrate a communication method aimed at identifying the purpose or cause of a person's behavior during a crisis
