Event Description:
This course explores the Enneagram personality framework and its application to leadership. Participants will gain insights into their own leadership style and learn how to effectively lead diverse teams by understanding different Enneagram types. Learning objectives include, but are not limited to:
  • Identify the nine Enneagram types and their characteristics.
  • Explain how each Enneagram type influences leadership style and team dynamics.
  • Utilize Enneagram knowledge to improve self-awareness and leadership skills.
  • Assess team members’ Enneagram types to enhance team collaboration.
  • Critique and adapt leadership strategies based on Enneagram insights.
