2024 The Interchange: Technical Training Project Management

This course introduces the principles and practices of project management. Participants will learn about project planning, execution, monitoring, and closure, along with essential project management tools and techniques. Learning objectives include, but are not limited to:

• Identify the key phases and elements of project management.
• Explain the roles and responsibilities of a project manager.
• Utilize project management tools to plan and execute projects.
• Monitor project progress and identify potential risks and issues.
