Mastermind - Mastering FLSA PLUS FLSA Audit Party - The FLSA is an important law that impacts virtually EVERY employer in the US. Wage and hour mistakes continue to pose big risks for employers. Common issues include timekeeping errors and misclassification of employees as independent contractors or exempt from overtime pay. This law, that impacts EVERY employer, regulates everything from minimum wage, payroll records retention, minors right to work and the difference between Exempt and Nonexempt employees. After class members of ALT HR will be on hand for an additional hour to help you audit your job descriptions and help you determine your FLSA classifications! We will bring the audit forms and snacks, you bring your job descriptions and questions!
