With over two decades of leadership experience — primarily in the nonprofit sector and complemented by consulting work with for-profit organizations in the service industry — Marti brings real-world expertise in building cultures where employees feel valued, empowered, and motivated to succeed.
Her career highlights include leading teams to deliver measurable impact, growing revenue streams, expanding membership and programs, and developing leaders at every level. Marti’s approachable, practical style helps leaders create workplaces where people thrive — and so does the bottom line.
Outside of work, Marti enjoys traveling with friends, staying active in her church, supporting her alma mater, and volunteering with Carolina Border Collie Rescue, where she also serves as Event Coordinator. She lives with her family and beloved Border Collie mix and believes strongly in giving back to her community.
