This interactive session introduces participants to two of the most powerful AI tools available today—Microsoft Copilot and ChatGPT. Designed for professionals across all industries, the course explores how these platforms can serve as personal digital assistants to enhance productivity, streamline repetitive tasks, and improve decision-making. Participants will receive live demonstrations and practical, real-world examples of how to use these tools within Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel, Outlook, Teams) as well as in daily tasks such as writing, brainstorming, summarizing, data analysis, meeting prep, and customer service support. Emphasis will be placed on ethical use, prompt crafting, and maximizing output with minimal effort.
