This month we welcome Veterans Bridge Home. Veterans Bridge Home (VBH) connects, leads, and advocates in communities to ensure service members, veterans, and their families thrive. As a regional nonprofit, VBH provides holistic, customized support that addresses veterans’ multifaceted needs—from employment and housing to mental health, wellness, and social connection. Through cross-sector partnerships and a collective impact approach, VBH strengthens not only the lives of those who served, but also the communities they return to—creating a more inclusive, resilient, and veteran-ready region.
