In collaboration with the NC Science Festival, the High Point Museum is presents: Brewtastic! What do wine, sauerkraut, cheese, beer, kimche and yogurt all have in common? They’re all made with fermentation! Join the High Point Museum and Rockingham Community Colleges Center for Brewing Sciences in exploring how fermentation works. Learn about its history and how humans have long used the science of microbes to make some of our favorite foods.
