Business Plan 101 (Part 2): Who Are You Doing It For? Customer Avatar & Business Model Workshop participants will create a customer avatar based on a unique solution to a specific problem. Business owners will use the knowledge gained about their business (in Part 1) to identify their ideal customer. This session will help business owners to describe the key characteristics of their ideal customer. Once the avatar is completed, entrepreneurs will create a targeted approach to providing their product or service. Business Plan 101 is a 3-part workshop series. This week's session helps you identify the customer that is best suited to your business solution as you start and grow your company. Please Note - THIS IS A HANDS-ON WORKSHOP! Come prepared to take the next step toward developing your business plan. At the end of the workshop, you will have designed a process for delivering a specific product or service to the customer most willing to pay for your unique solution. Bring your idea, or your existing business structure with you into this seminar and leave with a solid foundation to build on. The workshops are solution based and require you to complete homework in preparation for the next session.
