Author Laura Phillips will discuss her book “The Industrial Legacy of High Point NC and Highland Cotton Mills Village.” The book focuses on the history of business and industry in High Point, NC with focus on Highland Cotton Mills Village as a case study and historic industrial architecture eligible for nomination to the National Register of Historic Places and historic preservation tax credits. The book is available to purchase in the High Point Museum Store.
