Open House & Spring Resource Fair

Foundations Health High Point is proud to announce its Open House and Spring Resource Fair event aimed at raising awareness of the critical need for specialized treatment for individuals with Opioid Use Disorder (OUD). The event will take place at Foundations Health High Point, located at 919 Phillips Avenue, Suite 107, High Point, NC on June 18, 2025, from 12:00 – 3:00 pm, and will offer community members, professionals, and local leaders a first-hand look at the facilities evidence-based, compassionate approach to care. Come meet the team, tour the facility, learn about what we do, receive free Narcan training, connect with community resources and more!
