Key Responsibilities (What/How):
  • Serve as the initial point person/resource for HR related issues and concerns, including benefit issues and employee relations.
  • Be the liaison between the site and headquarters for HR related issues and concerns.
  • Interpret, implement, and enforce Fitesa employment in policies and procedures.
  • Coordinate various employee recognition programs (ie: Service awards, birthdays, and events)
  • Monitor plant bulletin boards and mandatory employment posters.
  • Daily clerical work as needed within the facility.
  • Facilitate New Hire Orientations
  • Assist with Job Career Fairs
  • Maintain training records for the facility.
  • Monitor and drive the use of LMS system with training and re-certification of new hires, safety and job classifications for the facility.
  • Monitor and drive adherence to the Certified Operator Program (COP) and help Certified Operators (CO’s) to follow training curriculum.
  • Coordinate reoccurring corporate and regional training and help facilitate training.
  • Assist on Creating training Materials as needed (SOP’s, Documents, Presentations, etc)
  • Maintain a communication cycle with site managers in regard to training needs, solutions and resources.
  • Participate/facilitate training-related conversations and maintain record of active items.
  • Be the liaison between the site and training facility in headquarters.
  • Performs other related duties as assigned.
