Group Fitness/Cycle Instructor

Responsibilities:
- Conduct fitness classes in various disciplines such as Cycle, Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Dance, Aqua Fitness
- Provide personalized fitness training sessions to clients
- Develop and implement effective fitness programs tailored to individual needs and goals
- Demonstrate proper exercise techniques and ensure safety during workouts
- Motivate and inspire clients to achieve their fitness goals
- Monitor and track client progress and provide feedback and guidance
- Maintain a clean and organized workout environment

Skills:
- Strong knowledge and experience in various fitness disciplines such as Cycle, Yoga, Pilates, TRX, Dance, Aqua Fitness
- Excellent communication skills to effectively instruct and motivate clients
- Ability to adapt workouts to accommodate different fitness levels and abilities
- Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients and create a positive workout environment
- - Sports coaching experience is a plus

Part-time
Pay: $20.00 - $40.00 per hour
Experience:

  • Teaching: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer service: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Group fitness: 1 year (Preferred)
License/Certification:
  • AED and CPR Certification (Preferred)
  • Nationally Accredited Group Fitness and/or Personal Training Certification or Equivalent
